PRIVATELY INSURED PATIENTS
When members of the private health insurance / people who qualify for German “Beihilfe”, different performance conditions exist that that you need to clarify on an individual basis with your health insurance / benefits office. Of course, we can assist you with the application process.

INSURED LEGAL HEALTH INSURANCE (GKV) / COST REIMBURSEMENT

In the event that a psychotherapeutic treatment is urgently needed, but not promptly available from a contract psychotherapist of the statutory health insurance, the legislature has provided for reimbursement procedures according to §13.2 SGB5. If, after the initial conversation, it is determined that further talks are needed, so we will, of course, help you when applying for the reimbursement of costs.

SERVICES, WHICH ARE NOT WITHIN THE SCOPE OF STATUTORY AND PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE: E.G. COUPLE THERAPY
You must bear the costs for this. The fee is agreed individually with you. Please keep in mind that all our conversations are subject to a charge.

Our health courses for a more relaxed life

Progressive muscle relaxation according to Jacobson (PMR)

Our relaxation training can help you to relax in periods of great tension or stress. The effectiveness of the PMR process according to Jacobson has often been verified in studies, e.g. in reducing hypertension, the strengthening of the immune system, improving muscle tension, concentration disorders, burn out, depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, stress resistance and performance.
